WM Immigration works on a fixed fee basis.
Our fees would cover you for the following:
- Advising you and reading your file
- Preparing your case
- Checking your documents
- Corresponding on your behalf
- Updating you with the progress
- Standard UK Postage costs
In addition to our fee, you would have to pay the following fees, if applicable;
Fees to the Home Office or High Commissions (application fee and Immigration health surcharge fee).
All payments must be made payable to the relevant persons, bodies or authorities and not to us.
*Applications where additional dependants are included at the time of application will only pay £200 extra per applicant and not our full fee
Free Initial Consultation: Free – 2 emails equal to 20 minutes of work
Email Advice Session for your Immigration questions – Fee: £120
Full Consultation over the phone £180 for 30 minutes
Same-day Service Representation
If you need your application decided urgently and you are able to apply within the UK then we can offer a same-day service. An appointment is usually available for the next week.
With same-day service we book an appointment for you and we attend the Public Enquiry Office in Croydon on your behalf. Same-day service only applies to certain categories and is for straight forward applications. Our fee for same day service is an additional £200 to the regular fee we charge for processing your application.
Document Checking Service £350
If you wish to make the application yourself, but need it to be checked over by one of our experts before submission, then this is the service for you. For your peace of mind we will check through your entire application, ensuring that your supporting documents are in order whilst at the same time advising you on its likelihood of success. If you have gathered all the required documents and just need the application checked then you can use this service.
Free Initial consultations: This is for WM Immigration to discuss your case with you to establish what your immigration situation is, your eligibility and whether we can assist you.
Full Consultation in Person: By agreeing to a full consultation in person we will provide you with an in-depth discussion on your case. Should you wish to then enlist our services after our consultation we will subtract the cost of the consultation from our fixed fee for your immigration category. – service suspended due to Covid-19
Full Consultation by Phone: By agreeing to a full consultation by phone we will provide you with an in-depth discussion on your case. Should you wish to then enlist our services after our consultation we will subtract the cost of the consultation from our fixed fee for your immigration category.
Conditions of Free Advice: While we at WM Immigration will normally give free advice and evaluations in many cases, this is at our absolute discretion, and this service may be withdrawn at any time and for any reason. Free Immigration advice will not be available by phone. Where we do give free advice by e-mail, we will normally respond quickly to your queries. However, this will not always be possible. Free advice by email will be considered as one email response per person that takes up no more than 10 minutes of the adviser’s time and email responses will not be guaranteed to be able to give any detailed or in-depth advice on your case.
