WM Immigration has assisted 100s of clients all over the globe. We have experience helping people in many different countries and understand the application process and interaction with the UK Immigration departments. How will I communicate with your company?
Most clients will email an inquiry to find out if they are eligible and to see if WM Immigration is able to assist. Once eligibility is established a call is arranged to ensure clarify of the process ahead. From there most communication will be via email and cloud storage whereby you will upload documents to us for review and feedback. Instructions are provided on which forms to use and then these forms are reviewed. finally a cover letter will be prepared for your case to summary the application and outline to the case worker how you meet the Home Office requirements.
How do I proceed if I want to use your services?
WM Immigration will send you a client care letter which you can sign online to engage our services. You will then be sent an invoice. We accept online bank transfer from within the UK and all major credit and debit cards. Invoices can be paid online for your convenience. When your client care letter has been signed a document list and instructions will be drafted and from there your case worker will assist and guide you through the application process ensuring your documents and forms are appropriate and that you understand how and where to apply. You are free to ask as many questions as you wish when signed up as a client of WM Immigration during the application stage.
What are your success rates?
The OISC which is an independent government organisation regulates all immigration advisers and prohibits publishing of success rates for firms. The code of conduct ‘section 76’ states “An organisation and those working for it or associated with it must not make orally or in writing promotional statements about their organisation’s or individual’s success rates.” We can however advise that we will not accept an application from an application who does not qualify or it is not in their best interest to apply. Our clients return to us from the first application right through to citizenship as they trust in the high qualify honest advice provided by WM Immigration.
